Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. All returns and exchanges must include any accessories, papers, etc. that was originally shipped with the goods. You are responsible for return shipping fees that are not related to a defective goods or goods that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Goods Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer error or defective materials. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please includes as much information as possible, We requires your order number, photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items including all the packaging for insurance purposes. Please retain the goods, box and all packaging until instructed by us.
Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your goods once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you receive your goods and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our goods are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged goods to be replaced.
All purchased goods are not refundable. We only replace the goods if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer error or defective materials or they have been damaged during shipment.
